1. Overview
This Funds Availability Policy discloses when funds deposited into your eWallet account will be available for use. At eWallet, we make your deposited funds available immediately for wallet-to-wallet transfers and invoice payments.
eWallet accepts multiple funding methods including ACH transfers, RTP (Real-Time Payments), debit card funding, and wallet-to-wallet transfers. Regardless of the deposit method, funds are available instantly for eWallet transactions.
2. Deposit Methods & Availability
All deposit methods provide immediate availability for wallet-to-wallet transfers and invoice payments:

- Wallet-to-Wallet Transfers: Send money to other eWallet users instantly
- Invoice Payments: Pay invoices from businesses using eWallet
- In-App Purchases: Use funds for any transaction within the eWallet ecosystem
3. Withdrawal Processing
While deposited funds are immediately available for eWallet transactions, withdrawals to external accounts have standard processing times:

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Cut-off time for same-day ACH is 4:00 PM CT
- Withdrawals initiated after cut-off are processed the next business day

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
In rare circumstances, we may need to delay availability or place a hold on funds:
When Holds May Apply
- Suspected fraudulent activity on your account
- Unverified identity (KYC pending)
- Previous returned ACH transactions
- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Account under review
How We Notify You
If we place a hold on your funds, we will:
- Notify you via email and in-app notification
- Explain the reason for the hold (when permitted by law)
- Provide the expected release date
- Offer options to resolve the issue if applicable
