eWallet is a financial technology platform, not a bank. Banking services, including custodial account access, are provided by eWallet's partner banks. Wallet funds are held in pooled custodial accounts at program banks such as Chase Bank through our regulated third-party service provider partners.

The eWallet Debit Card is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard.

Your wallet balance may be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance up to $250,000 through participating program banks, subject to all applicable conditions, limitations, and aggregation rules. See our FDIC Disclosure for details.

Identity verification services are provided by Plaid. Business verification is provided by Middesk. Card funding and tokenization are processed by Stripe.

eWallet operates in a PCI-DSS–compliant environment through certified partners, and production systems are hosted in SOC 2–certified data centers provided by Vultr.
