Why do you charge for instant transfers?
Instant transfers cost us money to provide. The 1.75% fee helps us cover the costs of moving your money instantly instead of waiting 1-3 business days.
Can I avoid the instant transfer fee?
Yes! Standard bank transfers are completely free and typically take 1-3 business days. You only pay the 1.75% fee if you need your money within minutes.
Do you charge monthly fees for business accounts?
Personal accounts are completely free with no monthly fees. Business accounts have a $50 monthly fee, but you get the first 30 days free to try it out. Both account types have no minimum balance requirements and no setup costs.
What are the ATM fees?
ATM withdrawals at our 30,000+ in-network locations are free. Out-of-network ATMs charge $2.50, plus any fees from the ATM operator.
