Partner Spotlight: How FinBridge Launched in 90 Days

FinBridge, a B2B payment platform for small businesses, recently launched their embedded wallet feature in just 90 days using eWallet's API. We spoke with their CTO, Maya Singh, about the experience.

"We evaluated several payment providers," Maya explains, "but eWallet stood out for their developer experience and comprehensive compliance coverage. We didn't want to become experts in money transmitter laws—we wanted to focus on our core product."

The integration started with eWallet's sandbox environment, which mirrors production behavior perfectly. FinBridge's engineering team spent the first two weeks testing different flows and understanding the API.

"The documentation was excellent," Maya notes, "but what really made the difference was having a dedicated partner success engineer. When we hit edge cases or had questions, we got answers within hours, not days."

FinBridge leveraged eWallet's automated KYB verification, which uses Middesk to verify business information and check OFAC watchlists. This reduced their onboarding time from days to minutes.

For compliance, eWallet handles all the heavy lifting: SAR filing, CTR reporting, transaction monitoring, and state licensing. FinBridge can focus on their product while eWallet ensures regulatory compliance.

"The webhook system is incredibly reliable," Maya says. "Every transaction status change triggers a webhook, so our customers always see real-time updates. We haven't missed a single notification."

Since launch, FinBridge has processed over $50M in transaction volume through eWallet. Their customers love the instant payout feature, which uses RTP and FedNow rails for same-day settlement.

"Working with eWallet feels like having an extended team," Maya concludes. "They're invested in our success, and it shows in every interaction."
