1. Introduction

JHD Investment Group LLC (d/b/a "eWallet," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital wallet services that require the exchange of important documents, disclosures, and communications. The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) establishes that electronic records and signatures have the same legal validity as paper documents and handwritten signatures.

This E-Sign Disclosure & Consent document explains:

  • The hardware and software you need to access electronic records
  • Your right to receive paper records instead
  • How to withdraw your consent to electronic transactions
  • How to update your contact information

2. Scope of Consent

By consenting to electronic signatures and records, you agree that we may provide the following types of documents to you electronically:

Account Documents

  • Account opening agreements and disclosures
  • Terms of Service and updates
  • Privacy Policy and updates
  • Fee schedules and pricing disclosures
  • Account statements and transaction history

Transaction Documents

  • Payment authorizations and confirmations
  • Transfer receipts and records
  • Dispute and chargeback notices
  • Refund confirmations

Legal Notices

  • Regulatory disclosures required by law
  • Change of terms notifications
  • Tax-related documents (1099 forms, etc.)
  • Account closure notices

Communications

  • Security alerts and fraud notifications
  • Account activity notifications
  • Marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Customer support correspondence

4. Hardware & Software Requirements

To access, view, and retain electronic records, you will need the following:

For Mobile App Access

  • iOS: iPhone running iOS 14.0 or later
  • Android: Device running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
  • Storage: Sufficient storage space to download and save documents
  • Internet: Active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)

For Web Access

  • Browser: Current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • JavaScript: Must be enabled in your browser
  • Cookies: Must be enabled for authentication
  • Screen: Minimum resolution of 1024x768

For Viewing Documents

  • PDF Reader: Adobe Acrobat Reader or compatible PDF viewer
  • Email: Valid email address capable of receiving attachments
  • Printer: Access to a printer (optional, for printing records)

Keeping Records

We recommend that you print or download a copy of this E-Sign Disclosure and all other important documents for your records. You can do this by:

  • Using your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P)
  • Downloading PDFs when provided
  • Taking screenshots on mobile devices
  • Requesting paper copies from our support team

5. Withdrawing Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic records and signatures at any time. To withdraw consent:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw your consent:

  • You may no longer be able to use certain eWallet services
  • We will send future communications and documents via postal mail
  • Processing of requests may take longer
  • Withdrawal does not affect the validity of prior electronic transactions

Fees

There is no fee for withdrawing your consent. However, if you request paper delivery of documents that are normally provided electronically, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover printing and postage costs after the first request per calendar year.

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record we have provided to you. To request paper copies:

  • Contact support at support@ewallet.app
  • Call 1-877-827-0995
  • Specify which documents you need in paper format

Fees for Paper Copies

  • First request per year: Free of charge
  • Additional requests: $5.00 per document plus postage
  • Account statements: First 12 months free, then $2.00 each
  • Tax documents: Always free of charge

Paper copies will be mailed to your address on file within 10 business days of your request.

7. Updating Your Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current to ensure you receive all electronic communications. To update your information:

In the App

  • Go to SettingsProfile
  • Update your email address, phone number, or mailing address
  • Verify changes via email or SMS confirmation

Online

  • Log in to your account at app.ewallet.app
  • Navigate to SettingsAccount Information
  • Update and save your changes
